The patient portal gives you easy and HIPAA-secure access to your medical records and allows quick messaging to your care team with any questions or concerns that may arise.

Though we are not an Asante provider, we do use Asante MyChart for communication and medical record access.

For patient convenience, we have an on-site lab. LabCorp is a separate private entity that is hosted in our facility for patient use. If you would like to directly access your lab results, pay a lab bill, etc. you can access their website below.
